I don't need a monthly plan, just a quick fix.
Our client roster is pretty full, and at this moment, we do not have the bandwidth to provide ad-hoc services. A website care plan is the best way to begin working with us.
If you have a website built by someone else (even yourself!), we’d be happy to provide an audit to determine how we can best assist your growth and expansion.
Can I Cancel At Any Time?
Of course! There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Simply inform us 14-days or more prior to your next billing statement. We’ll perform our final backups and remove our security credentials. We’ll also provide you with a full list of all software tools used to build and manage your site so you can take over the licensing agreements.
How Do I Receive Support?
Our support desk is handled via email. This ensures all communications are documented and can easily be referenced at any time.
Once you’re on a care plan, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be created automatically.
What Are Plugin Licenses And How Do I Renew Them?
Our care plan customers have a huge benefit in that they do not need to pay for, or renew, the software licenses used to build their site. Every site is different, but these tools can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars per year.

Do you offer phone support?
With nearly 300 websites under our care now, offering phone support to all of our customers is simply impossible. In the past, we’ve also learned that phone calls and voice mails tend to be the least clear and actionable, leading to much confusion. We ask that you use our support desk, staffed 16 hours a day, 6 days a week for the most efficient support possible.
Do Retainer Hours Rollover?
Retainer hours are to be used in the same billing month. To ensure we can continue to manage our client roster, our staff dedicates time for your business every month.
